(5.1.13) Neighborhood Family Practice (NFC) and and Northeast Ohio Neighborhood Health Services (NEON), Saint Luke’s Foundation Healthy People Grantees, have each received a grant for $250,000 from the GE Foundation’s Developing Health program as well as a three-year commitment of skill-based volunteer services from GE Lighting. NFC will use the grant to help support the expansion of its integrated behavioral health services to Cleveland’s West Side community and NEON will use their grant to help fund the organization’s Patient Navigator Services Program, which is designed to increase access to healthcare for patients with diabetes and provide financial counseling.
