(6.4.13) Strong Communities grantee, Breakthrough Schools is earning national attention for Cleveland with the unique partnership between traditional schools and high-performing charter schools. A new report released by Stanford University’s Center for Research on Education Outcomes (CREDO) analyzed student growth in reading and math across 167 charter school networks and identified Cleveland’s Breakthrough Schools as #1 in reading and #4 math among urban charter school networks in the United States.
