Healthy People event recap: Cleveland, Health and Urban Journalism

The Saint Luke’s Foundation Healthy People program area hosted a convening this evening at the Global Center for Health Innovation. Guest speaker Brie Zeltner, Healthcare Reporter for the Cleveland Plain Dealer, discussed health issues within the urban landscape and shared her perspective on the intersection of public health and poverty. Zeltner has covered Northeast Ohio’s healthcare industry for more than nine years. In 2014, her work garnered fresh attention when she became the inaugural winner of the Urban Health Journalism Prize.
