Elizabeth Honold appointed as Finance Director

(8.16.16) Saint Luke’s Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Elizabeth Honold as Finance Director.

Honold comes to the Foundation from the Cleveland Foundation, where she served as the Manager of Investments and Finance since 2011. There, she was responsible for the day-to-day oversight and administration of the Foundation’s $2 billion investment portfolio. She also oversaw cash management, finance/treasury analysis, various special projects, and served as the Finance Department’s liaison with the Cleveland Foundation’s advancement team.

In her new role, Honold is responsible for developing and implementing financial accounting and investment procedures to achieve the mission and vision established by the Foundation’s board. Additionally, she is responsible for overseeing spending and ensuring good stewardship of the Foundation’s investments.

“Elizabeth has an impressive finance and investment background, and her work in Cleveland philanthropy gives her insight into the pressing issues facing our residents,” said Anne C. Goodman, President and CEO of Saint Luke’s Foundation. “We are all tremendously pleased to have her on our team; her expertise and passion for her work will serve the Foundation well and help us pursue our mission.”

Honold is a graduate of Miami University, receiving a Bachelor or Science degree in business with a concentration in finance. She earned a Master of Science degree in public service management from DePaul University.

In the community, Honold is a mentor with College Now; a member of the Junior League of Cleveland; serves on the Advisory Committee to Ursuline Piazza; and serves as a volunteer with the Northeast Ohio Food Allergy Network. She is a 2016 graduate of Cleveland Bridge Builders.
