Resilient Families grantee Passages wins achievement award

(6.2.14) Congratulations to Passages, a Resilient Families grantee, for recently being honored with an Achievement Award from Ohio Practioner’s Network for Fathers and Families!

Passages, a program with the Healthy Fathering Collaborative of Greater Cleveland, gives Cuyahoga County ex-offenders a “better shot” at a successful transition back into the community. With a holistic approach to their needs and the needs of their families, Passages strive to heal families by engaging fathers who have been incarcerated as present and positive influences. Their programs help reduce the chances of incarceration and re-incarceration through life skills programming (financial literacy, conflict management, etc.); job readiness/employment services, including job placement services; family interaction services and counseling.
