Logo Standards

In September 2007, the Saint Luke’s Foundation introduced its new logo identity.  The colors of the new logo – brown and green – symbolize sustainability of the community and an earthiness that speaks to the Foundation’s work “on the ground and in the neighborhoods.”  The green box in the center of the logo represents the Saint Luke’s Foundation as one part of the picture.  The Foundation’s name points forward, denoting continued efforts to keep our work moving forward and making progress. There is also room around the inner green box – around us – for collaborations within the broader community. Saint Luke’s Foundation wants to be a partner, not simply a funder. The brown outline of the logo is incomplete – representing the fact that our work in the community is never done. To that end, after ten years we, and the work we support, continue to be works in progress.
