LaTida Lester joined the Saint Luke’s Foundation as Program Officer in January 2003, from the Cleveland Department of Public Health, where she served as HIV/AIDS Project Coordinator. In that capacity, she managed the department’s state and federal grants for HIV prevention and care services, for people living with HIV/AIDS. Prior to that, she served as a community educator for Planned Parenthood of Greater Cleveland. In January 2006, LaTida was promoted to Senior Program Officer.

 

LaTida holds master’s degrees in English and Women’s Studies from Ohio State University and a bachelor’s degree from Ohio Wesleyan University. She is a Board member of Funders Concerned About AIDS and volunteers for the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center.
