So What's a Logic Model?

Transformational   Initiatives

Community Grants

What’s the impact of your work?  How do you measure success?  What systems are in place to determine if you’re on the right track?

Outcome measurement has gained increased attention as nonprofits and funders are challenged to demonstrate impact and return on investment.  Program “logic models” provide a concrete, concise outline of a program’s theory of change—proposed grant outcomes and the path to reach them.  Nonprofits find this tool assists in connecting program strategies to outcomes and identifying when course correction is needed.  The Saint Luke's Foundation and many of its peers finds the tool helps build communication and collaboration with grantees and helps clarify what returns they can reasonably expect for their investments. To learn more about the Logic Model, click links below.
