Community Grants - STEP 1: Submit Letter of Inquiry |
The Letter of Inquiry (LOI) provides a concise presentation of the proposed project, its intended outcomes and the applicant organization. The Foundation is generally able to consider only a fraction of the LOI’s it receives. For that reason, it is imperative that applicants give careful consideration to the information presented in the LOI and provide a clear, focused case for support.
All applicants will receive formal notification from the Foundation regarding the status of their grant request within one month following the LOI deadline. If your LOI is declined, the Foundation welcomes the opportunity to discuss its decision making process and other possible opportunities for collaboration.
How to Submit Online Letter of Inquiry
The Foundation now requires the online submission of all Letters of Inquiry. Review the Grant Guidelines to determine if the request fits within the Foundation’s mission and vision. To access/complete Online Letter of Inquiry, click here.
