Saint Luke’s Foundation, a private hospital conversion foundation located in Cleveland, Ohio, is dedicated to improving and transforming the health and well-being of individuals, families and communities. Our historic return to the Saint Luke’s Pointe campus in 2014 demonstrates the Foundation’s unwavering commitment to the surrounding neighborhoods it long served as Saint Luke’s Medical Center. From this nexus, we now work alongside our nonprofit partners, community stakeholders, government leaders and residents to promote healthier people, forge a stronger neighborhood, make families more resilient, and develop sustainable solutions to pressing issues that impact Greater Cleveland.
In addition to our three program areas, the Foundation allocates resources to strengthen the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. These investments address the broad capacity building needs of Cuyahoga County’s nonprofit sector and improve the impact and effectiveness of philanthropy. Applicable organizations must serve the nonprofit or philanthropic sectors in general. Capacity building grants for individual organizations must be submitted through the Healthy People, A Strong Neighborhood or Resilient Families program area.
