Saint Luke’s refocuses Mt. Pleasant fundingOct. 9, 2008 -- The Saint Luke’s Foundation Board of Trustees voted recently to suspend further funding to KidzHealth 2020, one of the Foundation’s eight “transformational initiatives,” based on the Foundation’s review of outcomes and changing needs in the community.
"As the Foundation considers new strategies, it remains committed to supporting programs that have the capacity to effect transformational change in Mt. Pleasant – especially among young children and families," said Denise San Antonio Zeman, president and CEO of the Saint Luke's Foundation.
