2014 first cycle grants announced

(7.8.14) The board of trustees of Saint Luke’s Foundation has approved its first cycle grants for 2014, awarding a total of $3,242,349 to 14 organizations that advance the Foundation’s strategic priorities focusing on Healthy People, Strong Communities and Resilient Families.

The Foundation’s grantmaking approach is structured to provide larger and longer-duration grants that make measurable impacts while also tying grant decisions directly to mission-driven criteria and outcomes in our three strategic program areas. These first cycle 2014 grants are reflective of that approach, and they demonstrate our commitment to improving health and well-being throughout the communities that our grantees serve,” said Denise San Antonio Zeman, Saint Luke’s Foundation President and CEO.

This grant cycle is the first of the Foundation’s three annual grant cycles. The full list of first cycle grants can be downloaded here.
